Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Today, every single car on Bright Street parked between Colgate and Center belongs to David's auto shop. This is not just disrespectful to residents who can not afford to put multiple carts to hold the parking it is outright illigal and violates city statues. All repairs and car storage must be conducted within premices of a repair facility. They turned the whole neighborhood in one big car dump site.
