Opposite 112-116 Springside Avenue about a month ago a car hit and cracked the utility pole. UI came and put up a new pole and attached all their wires to it and partially cut down the top of the old cracked pole and dumped all they cut and left it there in a mess. Left the old pole braced to new one and left the mess never coming back to clean up. Block Watch sign is part of the debris.
