Can you tell me how it was resolved? I never got an Answer

Field inspector visited the site on 5/4/2021 and stated: "Parcel# 12-28-15-00000-320-0320 identified in request is owned and maintained by a private entity - Wexford Leas HOA" . There is no HOA .it’s was
Dissolved over 15 years ago. And is insolvent. The proposals been reverted back to the county .They have been maintaining as per swift mud regulations for the last 5.5 amd well as regular grass trimming. May be something just now got mixed up

I have called and left a message. The hoa is insolvent. It was dissolved over 15 years ago. The dry pond has been reverted back to the county. I had this conversation already with storm water and then road dept back when they did the initial clean up or trees and debris in the location and the 2nd time they scrapped it as per swift mud regulations for the area.
County has been cutting the grass and maintaining for the last 5 years
