Description

The area is a sunken drainage from the end of the driveway to the stormdrain and has been getting worse over the past few years with volume of water coming down the street (after a neighbor removed several trees) and draining into it. It has deteriorated over the last few year and is continuing to sink in. Thankfully, neighbors (and ourselves too) have worked on lessening the problems with their yards (raingardens, planting to help the ground take in more water) so once this area is fixed, we don't expect the sinking to continue to occur as rapidly.
