Description
I’m currently in the process of purchasing a home on hidden clearing in Columbia. The grade of where the driveway meets the curb causes cars to ‘bottom out’ and scrape entering and exiting the driveway. I contacted the sewells orchard HOA and they said the county maintains the sidewalks in their community. Can you please confirm if that is correct? I’d like to look into having it fixed.

This neighborhood is not governed by the Columbia association- it’s outside the CPRA boundaries. The homeowners association president said the county is responsible. Can you please get clarification? I’ll gladly pay to have the sidewalk torn up but I’m not willing to risk any fines associated with it. I currently can’t park in my own driveway.
