Sunday March 28th at 11: 30 am I went here to paddle. The garbage cans are open barrels. They were already overflowing on a warm weekend day. This is completely inadequate waste management. The trash/recycling receptacles must be covered so that WIND (every day) and animals/birds cannot spread trash all around. And they should be adequate for the heavy usage on weekends and when weather is fine.
