on md route 29, on sunny, non cloudy days, why are so many street lights on during the day from route 175 to route 216? Some lights have been on during the day since NOV-2020.

MDOT SHA owns and maintains all non-toll, numbered roads in Maryland's 23 counties such as I-495 (the Capital Beltway), MD 355 (Rockville Pike) and US 40 (Baltimore National Pike). This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the State Highway Administration (SHA). This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.
