Description

Apparent underground water pipe leak at 3417 Fernwood Ct, Laurel MD 20724 has not been repaired after many months of reporting and inspection. The leak affects the front lawns of three properties: 3415, 3417, and 3419 Fernwood Court. The leak was apparent and reported when these homes were first purchased in November 2020. It is apparently fresh water, not wastewater. What is the current status of a remedy/repair?
