"I am fighting hard for a plan that can meet multiple community needs and promote responsible parks usage and programming, equitable access and service at the Lake, and ensure that Lake Merritt continues to be a haven for all Oaklanders and our wildlife to enjoy. To implement this plan, the City Council must approve it, then the City Administrator will carry it out. God forbids parking a quarter of an inch I to a faded red zone because they would issue a ticket on the spot, property taxes are absurd and yet they don’t do anything. About this!!!
If they don’t do anything at least this could be precedence for negligence of anyone riding their bike gets hit or even a person on a wheelchair gets hit since crossing path are blocked
