Just drove between Columbia and Arundel Mills It is embarrassing how much trash was along every road and ramp Rt 295 was awful (I know that's not Howard County), the ramp onto 32, both sides of 32, ramp at Shaker Dr I have emailed the State Highway Admin twice with no response Trash needs to become a priority It is worse than ever Can someone please tell us what system is in place for removing litter? It's obvious, it's not been effective or sufficient

A. everything-bottles paper, cardboard, plastic, ramp onto Shaker has a long light pole laying down,
