I wrote last year about this and was visited by someone from your department. Condition has worsened. Snow melt and rainwater fails to reach drain on East side of Washington street, and instead spill across the road, eroding my driveway and flooding my parking area. This condition continues along Washington street and floods my yard as well as the Folly Cove parking area.
