Description
As the months have gone on and I've walked my dog along 67th street, I've noticed that the CFO Play Yard exercise business has duly moved out of doors, and the employees wear masks, and the stations are properly distanced, but none of the clients wears a mask. Today was the same. At the beginning of COVID time they were even running up the sidewalk and back down the street unmasked and (naturally) breathing hard. At the time I just crossed the street, but I can't help thinking it isn't safe for any of the clients, nor for the employees. It's great they are still in business, but seems like they should insist that their clients mask up? By now we know that it IS possible to breathe pretty freely while masked.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. From your description, the people exercising are maintaining their distance. Per the Covid-19 Mask guidelines they are exempt from wearing a mask while outdoors:
Individuals are exempt from wearing face coverings in the following specific settings:
"Persons who are outdoors and maintaining at least 6 feet of social distancing from others not in their household."
