Thank you for submitting your request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

The issue is water not being able to continue across the driveway. I spoke with the owner of the driveway and he will use a shovel to cut down the grass at the driveway as soon as time permits. This will allow water to get into the grass area. The County also de-iced the area this morning with material.

Area at driveway that needs to have the spoil build up taken out to release water into the grassy area.
