Who should our Spring Breeze Community Association in Kings Contrivance speak with to resolve some sink hole issues in our common areas (near storm water drain)? We have been filling with dirt and stones but each year the hole reappears and gets larger. The sinkholes are on common property in the Spring Breeze Community Association behind my home (9537 Sea Shadow) and across the walking bridge over the storm drain and beyond it.
