I reside at 5012 Pasture Court, Ellicott City, MD, 21043 and was notified yesterday by the USPS that the (county) tree on the right (uphill) side of my property is causing an unsafe condition for the delivery of Mail due to low branches. This three needs to have the branches elevated to clear the area for the mail person to deliver mail. Please advise of when the tree can be trimmed

For some unknown reason our postal delivery person feels that the tree limbs are a "major" safety hazard to the mail delivery and leaves me notes with my mail. I don't understand the problem but I guess I will just have to leave them a note with your response.
