Description

Construction Debris towards the rear and side of 53 Pinewood Avenue on public right-of-way. The debris is a result of old side yard fencing material as well as brush and tree limbs cut down. It has been there for quite some time. Clearly, the owner/contractor did not haul this trash and debris away after the work was completed.
