Please call resident to set up on-site appointment to discuss the severe runoff into the property at 2947 Poland Springs Road that has been happening for a long time. Runoff goes directly onto property and into basement flooding resident out and costing tens of thousands to repair over the years. Runoff is coming from Route 40. Please inspect to see what can be done to stop the runoff onto property and get the State involved if necessary in conjunction with Howard County Highways.
