THE DRINKING FOUNTAINS IN THIS AREA ARE NOT DRAINING AND ARE NOT USEABLE - THEY BECOME BREEDING GROUNDS FOR ORGANISMS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL TO CHILDREN PLAYING NEARBY. JUST CLEANING THEM WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE. THEY NEED THEIR DRAINAGE REPAIRED!
