Description
I am including the string on this location - which is a regular dump stop near "Mount Pearmain" as I call it - also still a mound as it always is.
What I really want to know is WHY the City TWICE robo-signed this matter closed when in fact that was false statement
Of course I also want to know WHY the City will not do anything other than Robo-sign See Click Fix - Why cannot the City join the conversation with the Citizens that you get paid handsomely to serve? I just do not get this Firewall around the Communication = There must be someone that is authorized to tell the truth and so state if this is simply a defective policy. It comes off as hubris - and therefore, does not help the "Brand Oakland" problem that is suffering the #fail related to this matter.
Description
The conditions on greater Pearmain have been continuously shocking ever sense we moved our business here nearly two years ago,. It seems unabated in any form; wet garbage in the street now, rat fests coming soon; why do the business along this street not stand up on this? Perhaps it is time that we start realizing this is not going to change and the City is either incapable or unwilling to resolve the blight in this area? There are other places to move our business to, albeit we do not want to - but the conditions here are DEPLORABLE, like something you would expect in Somalia or a lawless state - and no amount speeches by politicians make up for the failure3to resolve this. SHAME on those who do this; but shame on the City for not attacking this with the determination that it requires to resolve this. This is unsanitary and unsafe and could spread disease.

Here is my updated photo set on this ongoing tragedy - Is it Somalia or is it Oakland?

PS no offense intended to Somalia per se, perhaps 'war zone' would be a more apt metaphor - either way I think those of us that work and live in this area have had enough, and must I think truly demand that the City take action and resolve this.
Curious - Why is the City only capable of making "form-acknowledged" comments on this site? It would be so much more respectful and effective if the City would engage the citizens in a conversation - that is at the heart of open and transparent Government; the impersonal "keystroke only" responses just don't cut it.

This pile was still there as of yesterday at 4:00 pm 12-13-2013 - WHY would [y]ou close this ticket if you have not verified the problem was abated?

I noticed this matter was twice "Robo-signed' closed by the City. This was a false action, and the SCF archived this leaving me unable to simply reopen the case when they falsely robo-signed it.
This fact is very troubling with respect to what it says about the City's operations and controls. Are the crews making false statements to management? Is there a cover up afoot? Is it defective technology? There are not a lot choices to pick from on this - all bad.
This is another aspect to the findings respect to general operations. In example, consider the situations where they only finish tasks partially, then leave the parts that are "too hard", such as the now famous DEAD DOG on the TOXIC DRUM (Over 5 weeks). Ironically, the Dead Dog (RIP) was finally removed, but naturally they left all the other debris in situ. WHY? Does the City REALLY have to do everything the hard way such that requires more labor and more taxpayer expenses?
