This is ridiculous. It's been literally years of this property being a vacant mess. Trash is strewn about, and there's an electric organ rotting in the front yard.

There's constantly people sneaking in to smoke. The property is derelict and is not monitored or maintained whatsoever.

This is a huge problem for this block, and it's been going on for ages. What needs to happen to get this rectified?
