Description

There are apparently two storm drain easements (settlement pond???), one along the left side of property behind the barn and one along the right side of property adjacent to the Clarksprings Ridge "T" near a large tree. The resident said that she was told by the developer that the county is responsible for keeping the drainage areas cut back and cleared of trash. Please inspect.
