I received a notification from 311 that this area has been cleaned up... They're essentially said they're closing the ticket because the problem has been resolved...
And that's simply not true the situation remains and it's gotten worse.. I'm not sure who and your agency is following up with this but it's apparent to me that this ticket is being closed inappropriately by 311
