I think several cameras need to be place on 5Th Street. Always so much trash dumped there.

Filed a police report including the license plate, video and description. Guy is still there though in his car right now, no police activity. the dumping happened last night and the perp is still at the scene... It's almost as if cameras won't even help. VPD doesn't care unless they get to shoot people.

Call 911 and tell the Police you filed a report and no one has answered the service call.

I followed up. The officer let me know this is a CSS issue because of homeless ... Dumping isn't being enforced.

How can we get this to stop? Every mile of 5th Street is a dump!
