MDOT SHA owns and maintains all non-toll, numbered roads in Maryland's 23 counties such as I-495 (the Capital Beltway), MD 355 (Rockville Pike) and US 40 (Baltimore National Pike). This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the State Highway Administration (SHA). We have submitted this to SHA and their Service Request: SR-0420118 has been created to track this issue. This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.
