Yet again, there was another high speed collision at this intersection and the driver hit and run. Why are there multiple reports of the same issue dating back 2 years for this exact issue and there is no movement or response on it?? Please provide an actual response and take action. Please install speed bumps or something to slow these people down on Foothill. No one respects the stop signs and there are consistent crashes here.
