Description

Below there was no proper category, so I marked them all. - 21 Live Oak Road, Oakland has a sewer lateral that is broken and spills sewage onto West View Drive between 1150 and 1200 West View as there sewage flows downhill to the next street. If you stand below 21 Live Oak on West View drive you can see how wet the area constantly is as well as sometimes you can see the pipe pour sewage onto the hillside.
