During an inspection of the property on 9/10/2020 I observed a garage that needs repair and garbage stored on the driveway. Time will be given to correct the violation.

Please be advised that due to COVID 19. Our procedures for enforcement has been adjusted during this time and the time to correct may take longer than normal. Please be patient as we all deal with the adjustments during this time. Please note that this type of violation can also be addressed by the subdivision's HOA if the city is unable to address the violation due to unforeseen circumstances. Employees and residents are advised to follow social distancing guidelines

During a follow up inspection I observed the garbage has been removed.

All violations have been corrected and scf will be closed.
