Description

Tents and makeshift sleeping structures have been erected in the alcoves, doorways, accessibility ramps, parking lot and surrounding grass area of the Kaiser Convention Center. There is no sanitary place for elimination of waste by humans. There is Increased trash and dumping in the parking lot and on the pedestrian bridge/Lake Merritt Blvd. There is grafitti on the building which is a historical landmark.
