There are large groups of people and individual joggers all through the Commons who are simply not wearing masks. This is illegal and unacceptable as it spreads COVID19 which is a very deadly virus. Please deploy the police to vigorously enforce all people (especially joggers) to wear masks at all times while outside. Thank you.
