Description

A light blue Oldsmobile. This car has been stationed for more than 4 months. It is disrupting the safe and healthy living environment of residents in the neighborhood. Residents cannot be outside due to the stench of human waste and other dumping. This gets worse on hot days and is unbearable. The car was initially dumped by a tow truck, and the City of Oakland did not pick it up before it became an attractive place for homeless people. Please help the people living in the car get a dignified living space and please REMOVE the car.
