Thanks! It was a bit alarming not to be able to get through to anyone at BED when we first attempted reporting - has that glitch been resolved? I've never encountered that issue before; BED is great.
Yes, the glitch has been resolved! There was an issue with our internal phone system.
Everything is back to normal now. Hopefully it will stay that way.
