This is the neighbor to the west of me who installed a USED privacy fence years ago and we complained and nothing was done. Now, this same fence is rotting, nails are sticking out, they have it tied to a tree to keep it upright, boards are leaning into my yard and it's an embarrassment. I can't even cut my grass because of nails sticking out, pieces of wood in my grass and not to mention it's leaning into my yard. I give my permission to access my property at 17550 Castle St to better view this horrible mess I have to look at daily. There is no way any of this fence could possibly be up to code. Thank you
