trash strewn on the sidewalk (always), potentially blocking storm drain, and a water leak from the rear of this building. standing water has been there for at least a month. this is a mosquito breeding ground and health hazard.

I believe cleaning up the sidewalks around your business is a stipulation of having a business license in Oakland.

The water leak has been fixed, but this area still attracts dumping on almost a daily basis.
