Opis

I've adopted New Bern Avenue (NC DOT adopt-a-hwy program) from Corporation pkwy to the Neuse River. Along that stretch there are about 800 ft of plastic flex conduit on the South side of New Bern Avenue, starting at the Neuse River, and ending about 800 feet West of the river. I don't know how long it's been there, but it's been there at least since last November, which is when I first saw it. Up until now it was laying on the other side of the crash barrier (away from the pavement), but today I pulled it to the other side of the barrier so that it would be more visible and hopefully get taken away by city, county or state.
