if someone wants to approach this from a street level:
smash/seriously damage the offending car(s). IF they have insurance it will be hard to get damage repaired if they were parked illegally. Won't be the smasher/damager's fault if they're parked illegally. Police were notified previously and efforts proved ineffective. jus sayin'

Just sunday two car back up on franklin st.. things are so ugly they park on other peoples property in the rear of rosemont which is franklin street but if the renters of the property don't complain nothing I can do to stop them.

Today 2-8-14 around 12 noon the trash pick truck tried to pick up the trash on Franklin St between Oak st and Walnut St. Of course they couldn't because the street was blocked by car, white truck and red truck. As soon as I saw this I called city hall and police which where no help. The car, and both trucks took off. The red truck returned and parked in the drive way of 156 S. 4th Ave. They thought it was a joke They were laughing at how they took off but in the long run our trash is still sitting. They were working on a blue 4 wheeler in their yard. Later on the other two vehicles returned. This situation would not occur if the police would ticket these people instead of just letting them go each time they catch them. This summer is going to be a mess. They have no respect for the law

Between this truck and the white truck I reported yesterday seem to be the problem . They refuse to park legally on Oak street or even 4th ave, after all they frequent 156 S. 4th ave any ways.

this person who runs the garage had the nerve to work on this car on the street when I was told that was illegal by police officer who knows these guys from when they lived somewhere else. this also was on 3-8-2014

Perhaps Action News would be interested? They might be more effective than the Coatesville PD. You might make an appeal to the City Council that as a taxpayer you're not getting services that you paid for: perhaps ask for a refund?

on 3-11-2014. this is why I leave this open. If they park where i can see them and over 15 minutes i do call police. a lot of the times they park out of my site. and the only time i notice is if cars start backing up franklin street

I know Marie and thanks for all your help. The people who live just across from that garage is who is affected by this crap. I haven't seen them for weeks. I've been here since 1985 and this is the worst. They are scared to say anything because of what happened to them in the past. It's bad now. When they scared that elderly lady with that noise from that 4 wheelet and gatheted around at the rear of 156 S. 4th have really angered me and when they don't move to allow them to let their mother and brother out infront of their home bothets me also.
One thing I did like was when some on that street got out of their car because they wouldn' t move and they hurried to move, now that put a smile on my face. Another time was when they issued a ticket to one of them.

How long have these people been allowed to bully and intimidate? Sounds like elder abuse and harassment could be added to the list. This is looking more like a news story to me, especially considering the demonstrations of local government impotence.

This guy just changes cars like a bsby changes diabers. Today he is driving white truck. They don't care if you call police or not been there over 1/2 hour already.
