Descrizione

Intersection of 17th and Madison there is a metal plate that has been there for years and the asphalt around it is raised up to meet the plate causing a bump that when cars and trucks drive over it always causes banging noises. 24/7 Constant Noise leeks into the nearby apartment buildings as a annoyance. It’s been years but can either the plate be removed or something done to fix this?
