Thank you for notification of the ROW fence issue at NW 34TH ST & NW 29TH AVE. By email we have forwarded this request to the Florida Department of Transportation to have staff investigate.(SR22102). I spoke to the FDOT staff in regards to this issue. They were able to check the hazard out and informed me that this is not there jurisdiction. The neighborhood that is adjacent to this issue does not have an HOA, would this be a county issue then? I would like to atleast apply a temporary fix/a couple screws or anchor it but I do not want to confuse anyone coming out to assess the situation. Thank you.

Thank you for you added information regarding the fence issue after being investigated by FDOT. We have reached out to the city's Codes Enforcement Office to seek further assistance since the fence appears to be on a homeowners property in that neighborhood. We will continue to seek resolution for the concern.
