CSR2 assigned this issue to SPTO B Old

Any word on this? Someone is going to hurt themselves on this. And that means someone could be sued over this?

Wo#2030002 Water Resources valve crew foreperson went and looked at this issue this morning. He found that it is a Raytheon Access point not a city valve. This issue cannot be corrected by the city.
I contacted Raytheon leaving a message with the details about this issue requesting that they take care of replacing the cover.

Not a city related issue. Contacted and left message with Raytheon with details about this issue. Also have emailed along this information about this issue the city Hydrogeologist, Sheree Greer.

Update to contacting Raytheon. City personnel have made contact with Raytheon and Arcadis. They are working on replacing the cover.

Cover is in place on Raytheon well.
