Thank you for your message. This is a duplicate request of 6755254. Officers have been conducting ongoing enforcement, and the issue of On-street parking along the west side of California Dr From Rhinette Ave to Juanita Ave was discussed at the TSPC Meeting on 2/13/20.
This became a HUGE issue after the Bicycle Activist/Advocates created this mess! A selfless few, less than 3% of our population, have inconvenienced the 97% with their NEEDINESS!
The needy few you're referring to are those who can't afford a car, those who travel sustainably, and those who exercise/recreate on a bike. It's unreasonable to prioritize unsustainable methods of transportation which directly kill ~37k Americans each year and contribute to ~23% of greenhouse gas emissions to the point where streets exclude other users. Cities are for people, not cars.
Roads were built for cars and trucks, not bikes. If you cannot afford a car, then you are living in the wrong place. It is still a very small percentage inconveniencing the majority. It is a car-centric society. Get used to it.
Why do I get the sense that if we attempt to peel back anymore layers with our pro-traffic-violence neighbor that we’ll just discover they’re a eugenicist?

Roads were actually not "built for cars." There's a whole section in the Smithsonian that explains this.

Thanks for agreeing that roads weren't in fact built for cars.
As for 'current', reference please where what you say is true. Is there a policy document or source you can point to?
