Description
Owner not- occupied hotel/ Air B-n-B at 216 Bucholz Ct. continues to cause trash problems (noise, traffic, illegal parking are ongoing issues). Two white styrofoam coolers were visibly left on the curb with their trash/ recycle carts since yesterday (3-12-20) afternoon, and eventually blew into the one lane street in the early a.m. hours. Following the recycling pick-up @ 7 a.m., the two white styro containers and their lids were then found illegally tossed by someone into the yard of the private residence across the street. No one in this otherwise private residential neighborhood is employed to provide free services of any kind, including removing unattended trash from the street or private residences, for a greed-driven, neighborhood nuisance.

The newsletter linked below has all the info about what can be recycled, and what is trash, and how to put the cans out. Because the city uses trucks with a giant robot arm to pick them up, everything is supposed to fit in the can with the lid closed. Stuff that doesn't fit in the can has to wait til the next week, or you take it to the Drop-Off station. The property owner can get bigger and/or more cans, for an annual fee.
