Growing illegal dumping area under 580 overpass cross 14th ave and glen park road, becoming major health and sanitation issue for neighborhood , coupled with increasing homeless encampments, disgrace to city “clean neighborhood ” promotion. Garbage filled almost 3/4 of street corridor, Please address and clean.
