Description

5 to 6 vehicles, including the RV where the owner of these vehicles live, park every night in the 2000 block of Lakeshore avenue. The owner is running a private business "Bobby Handyman" on the public street, and taking up 8 to 10 parking spaces every day. Can anyone in Oakland code enforcement do anything? Many people have reported this for 2 year.
