As much as I would love an IKEA we don't meet the community size for them to consider us. I know it doesn't hurt to ask.

* Must be located in a high traffic area (foot and/or vehicle)
This area doesn't have the traffic levels requested like the 35806 option. Nothing against 35802 as I live in the area but they want what is closer to the University Dr/Research Blvd traffic levels.
I agree with getting a whole foods for Huntsville!
