Description

The left arrow to turn from the NB Main Parkway onto Meadowbrook Dr is staying on for an extended amount of time (~ 1 minute). this is causing backups for SB Main Memorial Parkway to the Weatherly Rd overpass.

This happens during the morning commute between the hours of 7:00-9:00 AM, and again in the evening commute from 4:00-6:00 PM. It's almost as if the signal is not using detection only during these times. All other times it seems to be fine. Video is attached and the image shows the traffic backup the occurs.
