I was thinking the other day so many dog owners in Chelsea do not pick up after their pets. Wish their was an education campaign or some way to shame

I see a lot of this in this particular area: Bellingham, highland, cottage ... the worst part is, there are dog waste bags and a trash can at the park on top of Bellingham hill!

Yes, I am a dog owner & I have 2 dog waste bag stations within 2 or less blocks. Also they’re always bags available. I have seen poop filled bags dropped on sidewalk too or same dog waste in the same areas (probably same careless owner). Unfortunate

It’s a serious problem. There are two massive ones down in the box district as well.

They have cameras at the intersection of Grove and Highland. I'm sure they are able to see who these dog owners are who don't pick up after their dogs.
