I reported this 3 or 4 weeks ago, and received an e-mail that it was closed because the response center had notified the owners. The situation has not changed. How much time does the RC give owners to correct the situation?
No problem. Eventually you'll see me disappear from this site as someone doing dispatch work as the RRC takes over the role. They are working on integrating SeeClickFix into their existing, internal case management system.
