Who maintains the little library's on the corners in the park? I went to the library, they told me they are sponsored and maintained by the sponsor. However they do not have a list. She said there should be a plaque on it, but as you can see someone tore the door off. Do you have a list of the sponsor's? How can we get this fixed? The weather (rain) takes a toll on the books donated. Please advise.
