City tore up my uncles driveway for a gas leak over 2 years ago in the winter, patched it with cold patch and they told him that they would be back in the spring to repair it. It was never repaired, and I work for a asphalt contractor so I know the difference!

Issue still has not been resolved and since the original incident they have repaired the patch in the road but not his driveway.

We’ve tried multiple times with no success, there was his driveway and a large patch in the center of the road. They came and repaired the road the spring after they tore up the road, but never my uncles driveway.
