Notifying ROW Street Maintenance Dept.

Someone came to look at this today, but looked on the wrong side of the street. The exposed pipe is on the south side of Hoover St. on the corner of Shelburne Rd. in front of the grey/blue house, not in front of the yellow house. It's on the corner with the Hoover St. street sign.

This is a broken Gas valve. Call was made to VT Gas and they will be repairing it.

Is there any danger risk since it's a gas valve? All VT Gas did was place two yellow flags in the area and cover it with dirt. Will they be updating this ticket?

We do not have any control over Vermont Gas. They would not have left it that way if they thought it was a risk to customers.
They are not members of SEECLICKFIX and will not be updating the ticket. I suggest that you contact them directly at 802-863-4511 just to get clarification!
