Hello, The city does have the authority to confiscate and ticket scooters. It did for the bird electric scooter company when the city was not being paid by the scooter company. Is the city now saying that they unlawfully confiscated electric scooters from the bird company because they were not being paid off? Perhaps the city is suggesting that they are lying about the law to ignore concerns from residents now that they receive a check from the spin company. One of these thoughts must be true correct? What precedent are you trying to set?
